The founders of CousCous Express have always believed in eating healthy. Our menu provides just that! Each order is made with fresh ingredients and delivered with care!
Proprietor Nick Shams has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. His expertise as a chef, owner, and operator make our Express Franchise the success it is today. Nick owes his healthy lifestyle to a diagnosis of colorectal cancer in 2008. Determined to be alive for his children, Nick took his knowledge of the business and set out to change his eatings habits, and help educate others about maintaining a healthy body and mind. Nick shares his mission of hope and healing with those who visit his main restaurant, CousCous Mediterranean Gourmet Grill in Murray, Utah. There you can find him cooking up the daily special, or out in the dinning room talking with his customers about food and life.
All of our food is made with 100% olive oil, and a variety of fresh spices to create exceptional flavors! Nick and Cary (good friend and partner) decided there just were not enough places to go for a healthy flare that is quick and affordable. Enjoy our dishes – and thank you for joining us!
